Since only one of my cookbooks, Grains, Greens, and Grated Coconut, features recipes from the Tamil region of India, I’m also relying upon the Internet to inspire this week’s curry dish.
In my own search, I discovered a wealth of recipes at a blog simply titled Tamil Recipes. The offerings are so abundant that I’m still exploring the possibilities.
So I’m going to spend a blissful afternoon browsing these two websites for tempting Tamil curry recipes to inspire this weekend’s curry adventure. My curry recipe will be posted at the end of the week, along with my film review.
